How Does Comment Translation Work in teamecho?

With the comment translation feature in teamecho, users can easily and instantly translate comments into the language of the user interface.

Are comments written in different languages in your company? No problem! As soon as the feature has been activated for you by your Customer Happiness Manager, a button for translating will appear above each comment. This translation option is then available to all users in your company.



A single click on the button translates the comment into the currently selected language of the user interface. If the comment is already written in the user interface language, teamecho will notify you after clicking that no translation is necessary.
