18th April 2023 - New in teamecho: User Management is here

You can now find the teamecho User Management feature under "My Company"—making it easier than ever to organize your team and manage user roles with full control. With just a few clicks, you can:

Add new users and assign them to the right team

Edit existing users and update their information
Define user roles – Admin, Management Admin, Leader, Team Member, or Department Lead
Delete users (Note: They will be removed from all teams)

Important: The User Management feature is only accessible to admins and provides a clear and simple way to manage your team members.
