Appreciation is one of the most important prerequisites for keeping employees motivated and satisfied. Unfortunately, in the stressful daily work routine, we all too often forget about active recognition - our focus question set helps.
We developed the "Appreciation & Recognition" focus questionnaire so that companies can set impulses for more appreciation and promote a sustainable climate of recognition.
The short surveys comprise a total of 10 questions in two categories:
- Language of Appreciation
- 360° Appreciation
As an example, for a bi-weekly, one-time survey, there are 5 questions for two survey rounds. The focus question set can run parallel to the survey or in addition. Just see what fits best into your structure.
