## Fancy a little more? Together with our network of experts, we offer an extensive range of in-depth workshops. For that little bit extra when working with teamecho.

The following topics are available:

- **Kick-off with steering group/project team (approx. 1h):** brief overview of the tool, most important steps with teamecho, what is particularly important (transparency and visibility, communication, continuing to work with the results, etc.)
- **Training of managers (approx. 1-2h):** Benefits and possibilities of teamecho, a look at the tool and input on how to use it, "good to knows" (critical feedback, anonymity, etc.)
- **Training for employees (approx. 1-2h):** What is teamecho? Why should I take part? Anonymity? First steps & time for questions

- **Preparation is key:** Managers play a major role in ensuring that teamecho is used successfully. In this workshop, you will be perfectly prepared for dealing with teamecho and continuous feedback.  
  Objectives: Communicate effectively, give differentiated feedback, deal constructively with conflicts   
  Who is it for? Managers, personnel development, admin or steering team
- **Continuous Success - Expert Class:** Together with experts in organisational development, you will go into an in-depth analysis of the initial results and define best practices in dealing with teamecho.  
  Objectives: joint reflection on the initial survey results, development of concrete measures & best practices, enablement for better handling of future results  
  For whom? Managers, personnel development, admin or steering team
- **Continuous Success - Master Class:** With our organisational development experts, you will delve deeper into the topics from the Expert Class. The focus here is on process assurance and cross-departmental processing of the results.  
  Objectives: in-depth reflection on the survey results, further development and concretisation of measures and processes, ensuring sustainable handling of teamecho  
  For whom? Managers, personnel development, admin and steering team
- **Improve the employee experience:** Dive into the topic together with employee experience specialists, develop the employee life cycle for your organisation and design the "moments that matter". Initial quick wins and improvement measures included.   
  Goals: Analysing the teamecho results with a view to employee experience, deriving measures for a better employee experience  
  For whom? HR and organisational development, employee experience project group
- **Focus on employer branding:** Dive into the topic together with employer branding specialists and learn from the teamecho results what makes you unique as an employer. First quick wins and improvement measures included.   
  Objectives: Analysing the teamecho results with a view to employer branding, deriving measures for a stronger employer brand  
  For whom? HR departments, employer branding managers and project groups
- **Establishing a new work culture:** Get to know the key principles of the new way of working. Our experts will analyse the cultural status quo with you and identify initial measures.   
  Objectives: Analyse the teamecho results with a view to New Work Derive measures for a New Work Culture  
  For whom? New Work managers or project groups, managers
- **Team development "Never walk alone":** strong teams stick together. Define your common goals and values as a team with our experts, reflect on your personality skills and develop your team character.  
  Goals: Strengthening team spirit together; developing a team character in which everyone enjoys working on themselves Developing a shared attitude that leads to a feel-good, performance-orientated team spirit  
  Who is it for? Managers, personnel development, team members
- **Team development "Attitude is Success":** Resolve conflicts in the team together. Together with our experts, you will analyse the current situation, identify areas of conflict based on the teamecho results and develop initial ideas for solutions and action plans for better cooperation.  
  Goals: Focus on problem areas in teams that have become visible through teamecho; work on current conflicts, analyse them and recognise them as opportunities; identify areas of conflict and develop the necessary attitude to overcome them
