teamecho Key Insights help identify the most relevant results from teamecho surveys. Key trends and events are highlighted to make it easier to analyze, understand, and take action.

Key Insights also include automatically generated summaries of survey results and comments, as well as AI-generated suggestions for possible action.

Secure data processing in line with existing agreements
To generate these automated insights, we use AI tools (tools that work with artificial intelligence).
All data is processed in compliance with the GDPR, our privacy policy, and our data processing agreement. Data is processed exclusively within the infrastructure of teamecho or trusted sub-processors under valid data processing agreements.

Specifically, we use LLMs (Large Language Models) provided by OpenAI, which run directly within the European hosting environment of our sub-processor Microsoft (Microsoft Azure). These models are hosted by Microsoft Azure and no data is shared with OpenAI.

The data is not used to train or improve OpenAI models, nor to enhance any other Microsoft products or services.

Key Insights are only visible to individuals who have access to the respective organizational areas and results according to their assigned roles and permissions.
