What is the PsyRisk question set and how was it developed?

The PsyRisk question set is a scientifically validated tool for the risk assessment (GE: Gefährdungsbeurteilung) or evaluation of mental stress at work (AT: Evaluierung psychischer Belastung). It was developed in collaboration with Dr. Barbara Stiglbauer from the Institute of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Linz to measure mental stress factors at the workplace in a targeted and legally compliant manner.
