Our primary paradigm: Only data that is absolutely necessary is stored. The anonymity of all TeamEcho users is extremely important to us and significantly influences the architecture of the software.
Not storing information in the first place is safer than not displaying information. Therefore, there is no possibility to store additional attributes (such as age, gender, etc.) to the user ID (e-mail address or user name) of an employee in TeamEcho. Only the team affiliation as well as the TeamEcho role (the user's registration as administrator, team leader, department head, etc.) are stored with the users to ensure the use of TeamEcho and the dashboards.
An exception to this is the ability to respond to comments with the "thumbs up" symbol. In this case, the data is stored to ensure that each user can only agree once. However, it is important to note that this information is not visible to anyone in the company.
In this way, we ensure the greatest possible anonymity of all TeamEcho users, as no additional information can lead to possible personal identification.
