Why do the backend activation and the IT setup need to happen close together?

 As soon as we activate SCIM for you in the backend, certain manual user settings will be locked (since they will be handled automatically via the sync from that point forward). To avoid any disruptions in your live system, your IT team should perform the setup shortly after our activation.
