Do we need a joint IT meeting to set up SCIM?
No. A joint meeting is usually not necessary. Your IT team can complete the setup entirely on their own, as the process is detailed in our Support Center. Our team only needs to enable the feature in the backend beforehand.
What happens if we encounter issues during the setup?
