Depending on your role and the permissions in your organization, you can use the following features to analyze survey results in teamecho:

  • The Dashboard
    The Dashboard is your starting point for evaluating survey results. It provides an overview of the survey results (including comments) and the possibility to dive deeper into the development of the index, categories and questions.
  • The Heatmap
    The Heatmap offers a quick way to visualize employee satisfaction across different levels. Get a quick overview of the index, categories, and questions with results displayed on a color scale from red (low) to green (high).
  • The Comment Hub
    Dive deeper into qualitative feedback with the Comment Hub, where you can use advanced filter options to help you work with the comments. Additionally, a semantic comment analysis categorizes feedback into topics, helping you identify recurring themes.
  • The Key Insights

    The Key Insights feature highlights important trends and events within your surveys, helping you identify the most relevant findings. Examples include trends over time or identifying areas of disagreement through high variation in responses.

    The availability of Key Insights depends on your organization's pricing plan; check with your admin or your customer support person to learn more.

    Use Event Markers to log significant milestones, events or actions directly on your dashboard. This allows you to track the impact of events over time.
